1. Listing accuracy
Listings are based on provider-submitted or moderator-checked information. Shekuthi cannot guarantee that every phone number, WhatsApp number, address, item list, service list, rate, timing, or availability is current.
2. Verified and unverified listings
Verified means physical verification has been completed and required documents were checked. Unverified listings must not be treated as verified and require extra user caution.
3. Direct dealings
Calls, SMS, WhatsApp chats, prices, payments, refunds, delivery, visits, safety, disputes, losses, injury, and service outcomes happen directly between the user and the provider.
4. Government registered documents
Where a trade licence, driving licence, permit, registration, certificate, credential, or government registered document is required, providers must hold and follow it. Shekuthi condemns unlawful pricing, prohibited goods, unsafe services, and rule-breaking.
5. Reports and corrections
Incorrect details, unsafe conduct, duplicates, fraud concerns, takedown requests, and verification concerns should be reported through the contact page.
6. Privacy
Privacy, correction, listing removal, and consent withdrawal requests follow the privacy policy.
