Shekuthi is a static HTML, CSS, and JavaScript directory. It does not collect public-user accounts, orders, payments, bookings, or service-tracking data on this website.

Low-data rule Provider details are published only so users can contact vendors, drivers, and skilled workers directly.

1. Data collected

Public users can browse listings without submitting a name, mobile number, email, address, account, order, payment, booking, or service request to Shekuthi.

Provider records may include shop name or provider name, category, items sold or services offered, address, area of operation, block, district, mobile number, WhatsApp number, unique ID, verification status, and document-check notes.

2. Purpose

Provider data is used to publish static listings, help users contact providers directly, verify badge eligibility, correct wrong details, and handle safety or takedown reports.

3. Provider consent

Providers must be 18 or older and authorized to publish the submitted contact details. Verified badge requests require physical verification and government registered documents where applicable.

4. Rights and requests

Providers can request access, correction, update, listing removal, consent withdrawal, or grievance review through the contact page. Public users can also report incorrect or unsafe listings.

5. Retention

Static public listings stay online while approved. Removed listings should be deleted from public files. Offline verification records should be kept only as long as needed for legal compliance, audit, dispute handling, safety, or fraud-prevention duties.

6. Security

The public site has no database and no API. Production hosting should still use HTTPS, limited admin access, careful file publishing, local backups, and private storage for offline verification records.

7. Children

Provider listing submission is not for children. Anyone submitting a provider listing must confirm they are 18 or older and authorized to publish the information.

8. Contact and references

Use the contact page for privacy, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, and grievance requests. Final production launch should publish the legal owner, grievance contact, support phone, and support email.
